"Scribbles" for Mo's Challenge Blog

Today I finally get to showcase my first ever Mo Manning creation, her work is amazing & I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of colouring it..........................

Card - "Scribbles" for Mo's Challenge Blog

The theme for this weeks challenge is "It's Playtime", for me as a child that meant anything involving art - so crayons, pencils, pens and paper were order of the day - I guess that's why this particular image appealed to me so much.

Image: Mo Manning "makin cards"
Paper: V & A Hanovarian by Do Crafts, Core'dinations - various
Colouring: Copics, Chalk Ink, Distress Inks
Additional: Martha Stewart punch, Quickutz crayon & corner dies, Nestabilities, sewing machine, PC created greeting.

Copic Colours used

Good luck to everyone that's entered the competition.

OMG you're a champ. Said it before and will repeat it as often as possible. No wonder you use so many different shades - I don't even have that many - and sadly here in Denmark many colors never reach the stores. BUMMER. But even with any shade available I could never - make that NEVER - get a result like yours. Look at the curly hair, the cheekbones - her eyelids and the boots. WAUW.. thanks for sharing - eventhough it makes me feel like a total beginner. =0) And yes the Mo M. images are wonderful!!

This card is absolutely darling...and your coloring is just heavenly!! Tell me the sentiment is a stamp and then tell me where I can get it!! I love it...and it's perfect for this image. Love your DPs, and the lacy ribbon is gorgeous!!! So tickled that you joined us in this week's challenge at Mo's!! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with next week!!! (The challenge next week is fab too! hehehe!) Hugs...Pat Frank

Thanks ladies, and Pat I made the sentiment myself via Photoshop Elements with a really sweet font that's meant to look like pastels/crayons colour matching it to rest of the card! And I will be up for another challenge - I think I'm hooked on Mo's designs!!!
