MFT - Ellen Hutson - United We Flourish!

Hello there, today I have a special little card for our collaboration with
Ellen Hutson and the United We Flourish Campaign.

This cute little guy is part of the Good Friends stamp set and I added a few extra hearts.

The sentiment was first stamped in Natural Hybrid ink, then Versamark and heat embossed with Clear embossing powder.  I then cut it out with one of our Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips.

For those of you familiar with my work I opted for my usual no-lines technique, stamping the image in MFT Cement Grey Hybrid ink and coloured it with Copic markers.

If you have not done so already, please visit my team members and see what wonderful creations they came up with for this special release.

Happy Colouring

MFT RELEASE DAY - OCTOBER 2017

Hello there, so what do you think of the new release?

How brightly will your credit card be glowing this evening.........NB you can buy the new products from 9pm at MFT Store.

Here is my card for today:

The shaker pouches make creating interactive cards so much easier...........and look the Snowman from the Scenic Snow Globe die set fits inside the original circle pouches and of course is the perfect fit for the new Merry Christmas Circle Frame.

I used Copic markers to add colour to the letters, having cut the Merry Christmas Circle Frame out of  MFT Sno Cone cardstock.

Rather than having a boring rectangular card, I used the largest circle from the Stitched Circle frames  as a template to cut an arched top with scissors.

I coloured a background to the pouch on Copic card with Copic markers and cut the Snowman's body out 3 times, giving him some dimension and dropped in some 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins to add a bit of bling!

Anyway, enough waffle.......here are the words you've been waiting for......

Have fun shopping and thanks for dropping by

MFT OCTOBER RELEASE - COUNTDOWN DAY 2

I am back today with something a little different from our normal crafting releases.........we've got a cross-stitch tag for you!  Yes, a die that enables you to add a smidge of sewing to your crafting projects!

Now, I used to sew a lot before I had my son, especially embroidery and cross-stitch.......so I dug out my old supplies and created an angel.........stop laughing, I know you've got to use your imagination (squinting helps), but hey, I was doped up on painkillers after my visit to the Orthodontist when I did this.....that's my excuse anyway!!!

So we are very close to the release of all our new goodies, not long to wait now, I promise!

I'll be back on release day.
