Can you tell what it is yet?

Were you the annoying one in the family that would "inspect" all the parcels
under the tree and work out what was inside?

Tee hee, that was me in our house!!

Which is why this particular image makes me smile

What do you think of the parcel?

I copied the pattern of the holly paper using my Copics and then
added a dash of Perfect Pearls Interference Green over the top of the bow
to replicate the sheen on the satin ribbon embellishment.

I also used Perfect Pearls (Sunflower Sparkle) on the ribbon slider chippie
.....well it is Christmas!!

Bribery - Bunny style

Now as some of you know my husband is a farmer
and he is none too keen on those cute little bunnies with fluffy white tails
that hop about in his fields merrily munching his crops!

So we do have to control the rabbit population and one of the guys who helps us
do that is a mighty fine marksman

But the bunnies are hoping that he might
be open to a bit of bribery....
...well it is Christmas!

I do wonder though if they might have more
success with a bottle of brandy!

Game of snowballs anyone???

I wonder if we will get any of the white stuff
here in the UK this winter.

Here is a card using one of the new
Make it Crafty
 digital images

Now my sticky Copic saga continues......
(the E's are out to get me)
so I grabbed my pencils to rescue the areas that were causing me grief
and to save my sanity.

Thank you by the way for all the tips and tricks you have been
kindly sending me regarding this annoying phenomena.
Regrettably as yet I have not found a satisfactory solution, but I will
of course let you know if I do!

Here is Melissa in more detail

I also had a play with acrylic white paint, glitter glue and one of Zoe's new
delicate snowflake chippies.
Prepping the chippie with white acrylic gives you a fab base
allowing the glitter glue to sparkle to the max!

Santa...the younger years

Kids have furtive imaginations....
cardboard boxes become cars
blankets and chairs transform into camps

.......so what do you get if you combine
Santa's hat and beard
a red nose and fake antlers.....
oh, and the poor pet pooch?

This

I am not sure that our pet Westie would have appreciated
being turned into a reindeer when my son was little!!

Without Words November Challenge

Keep it simple
No need for bling
if that's how you like it
then come
join in!!!

Without Words Challenge

This month the theme is:

Whizz Bang
(think vibrant colours of fireworks)

OK, for those non Brits out there who might not know why we have fireworks
on
November 5th
"Bonfire Night"

We celebrate the fact that in 1605 a man by the name of Guy Fawkes
tried and failed to blow up the Houses of Parliament!!

We even have a little rhyme about it

Remember, remember the fifth of November,
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
We see no reason
why gunpowder treason
should ever be forgot

Well I think that is enough history for today, don't you,
so here is my creation:

......and not a firework in sight....just bright zingy colours!!!
(and sparkle courtesy of glitter glue)

Thought I would have some fun & gave Dani lacy tights!!

SUPPLIES
Dani with Gifts by Mo Manning

Now please remember the rules:

Clean and simple
if you want to win!
(sentiments are allowed)

Please post your entries HERE

.......as for me, well I thought I might enter Dani in a couple of challenges too
