I've lost count how many times I have read.....oh I wish I could colour like you, or I'll never be able to do that!!!
Well, my response is......YES you can!
But I promise there is no magic wand or trick involved!
Would it be as much fun if it were that easy?
Nope, you have to practice.....then practice some more!!
So I thought it would be fun to show you what my colouring looked like 4 years ago and compare it with what I am doing now!

SO CAN YOU!
It takes time, no matter how many videos you watch or classes you attend.
Your colouring will improve the more you practice...........
and please remember
never be afraid to share your work, be proud of what you've created!!

you are amazing! love your work!!!
Thank you. I have lost a lot of the feeling in my fingers because of my chemotherapy and being unable to manage my normal card making style bought a complete set of Spectrum alcohol pens to try colouring...and I'm rubbish. So practice..practice..practice.

Well all I can say is that practice certainly makes perfect. This is breathtaking. Quite rightly the cleverly simple design of your card makes that fabulous image pride of place. Awesome. Great to have you stop by at 613 Avenue Create this week.

Somehow I don't think I'll get to where you are in a million years, let alone 4! I don't think you appreciate how good you are honey!
When I saw your image I thought there is no way that was copics as it looked like pencils. Then I noticed that you went over it with pencils. Do you have tutorials to do that or is this something you just started playing with. Gorgeous work.
Wowzers! I love to see the comparison- honestly I loved your first one too. Thank you for sharing with us at Lacy Sunshine Color and Craft Anything Goes challenge.

Beautifully colored and masterfully presented. The visual impact of the image is elevated by your choice of papers and the beautiful layering! Thanks, so much, for slipping this under our door here at 613 Avenue Create.
