Easter themed non-card - eek!

Oh boy, I came over all of a panic with this one - on Dustin Pikes blog, this weeks Pikes Playground challenge is "anything but a card with an Easter theme".  What on earth could a card maker like me come up with then I thought..........

OK, I am the mother of a 15 year old & on occasion I do find it hard to decipher the grunts, groans and scowls - don't get me wrong I also get hugs, smiles & speech!!  But I do wonder sometimes if we speak the same language so I've created a little "Translator" to assist in the comprehension of the strange species known as "Teenager"

Here it is:

I've made a jazzy notice board using "Gripping Stuff" a double sided sticky felt that grips to a wall or cupboard (without damaging it) and enables you to press-on and peel-off piccies over and over again.  I've not really made it such an odd shape, but I had to bunch the images up a tad to fit them all on the scanner - its actually 12" x 10" so I've plenty of room to add more.

Of course this means I'll be able to update it with additional seasonal characters (keep them coming Dustin) throughout the year!!

Now when communication seems too much of an effort my darling son can move the arrow!!!  I suspect it will be pointing to "hungry" most of the time as the kid has hollow legs and is always raiding the cupboard!!!!

Here are close ups of the individual images:

Images: Dustin Pike
Paper: Gripping Stuff Memo Board
Colouring: Copics
Additional: Quickutz arrow, Nestabilities & a brad

Good luck to everyone entering

Jennifer I've looked it up & his code is EB10 Egg Peak - it came with the racing rabbit in a motorised carrot!! (March 4 release)

I'm so glad you guys like it - I had a blast making it - now I need a character rolling his eyes (that's one DS did when he saw it!!!)
